Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in business administration, communications, or related field preferred.
  • Proven 2years experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Advance Excel & PPT professional prefer.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays:  Saturday (half) & Sunday, Public Holidays.
